Let’s get this out of the way

Where to begin?

Perhaps a disclaimer is best: I cook, a lot. I like to think that I’m improving with each meal I make. That may even be true, although you’ll have to ask my dinner guests.

It’s a work in progress at best. My seven-minute frosting still takes an average of fifteen. And, I’m fairly certain that poached eggs won’t be on my next brunch menu.

But, I do have a computer and a love affair with most kitchen appliances. And, a recipe for cardamom pistachio ice cream you should try, plus many others.
